RETURN POLICY

Tac Shield Products in new condition can be returned or exchanged withing 30 days of the date of on-line purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the product back to our facility.

If you have purchased from a Dealer or other retail location, please return the product to the location from where it was purchased .

Exchanges for a different product may require a payment or credit of the difference in price. Credits are applied back to your original method of payment.

Please include your order number, reason for the return or exchange and full name to begin the process.

Please allow between 1 to 3 business days for return or exchange instructions to be provided. Once the product is received and inspected by our shipping department the return or exchange can be refused depending on the condition of the product when received.
